"I AM LOSING MY HAIR!"

You get up in the morning. You want to have a shower before you go to work. You go into the bathroom. After the shower, while you comb your hair, you see that tens of hairs are on the comb or in your hair.

Maybe, the situation is normal because an average person loses about 100 hairs a day. However, what should you do if the case is opposite?

A hair meets all its needs by its roots which absorb blood from the veins. A healthy body means healthy hair because a hair is not alive, but its root is alive.

WHAT ARE THE REASONS FOR LOSING HAIR?

Absolutely, there are many reasons for losing hair. The best and the quickest reason may be defined like this; if something is dangerous for your body; it is dangerous for your hair too. For instance, if you smoke or drink alcohol, you may lose hair. If you do not consume nutritious food, you may lose hair again. Other reasons such as water features, goiter, sleeping problems, insomnia, stress etc. may cause losing hair too. Also, strict diets for losing weight may cause hair problems too. As I have said above, if something is dangerous for your health, it is dangerous for your body. One of the most important reason is chemotherapy, but millions of people have their hair back after chemotherapy, but the reasons mentioned here are for long-time or total loss of hair.

Getting bald is the nightmare of millions of men. Women lose hair too, but the number of hair roots that women have is much more than the number of men’s hair roots.
